Daewoo Motor America Announces Enterprise as Preferred Provider

    ST. LOUIS, March 16 Daewoo Motor America, with more than
500 retail dealerships nationwide, has entered into an agreement with
Enterprise Rent-A-Car to provide rental cars to meet Daewoo Motor's customer
service loaner needs.

    "Daewoo, which recently received one of the top rankings in the J.D. Power
and Associates Customer Satisfaction index survey, expects this agreement with
Enterprise to further enhance its reputation for providing excellent customer
service," said Ben Rainwater, vice president of parts and service for Daewoo
Motor America.  "It is a pleasure to work with a quality company such as
Enterprise that consistently earns the highest marks for customer
satisfaction."

    As the largest rental car company in North America, Enterprise Rent-A-Car
has locations in close proximity to all Daewoo dealerships, and also has local
management professionals in every one of its locations to satisfy the needs of
each dealer and customer.

    In addition to helping Daewoo dealerships reduce costs while improving
efficiencies and increasing customer satisfaction, some of the services
Enterprise will provide according to terms of the agreement include:

    -- Providing rental cars to Daewoo dealerships at local, market-driven
       rates;

    -- Developing dealer specific programs; and

    -- Customizing direct billing according to dealer specifications.
