Paradigm Location Technology Benefits Harley-Davidson Motorcycle Owners

    DOVER, Del.--June 6, 2001--Paradigm Advanced Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:PRAV) announced today that Immobiliser, Inc. has selected Paradigm's PowerLOC division as exclusive technology provider of location-based security products.
    PowerLOC's proprietary Tracker(TM) system and software, as well as Vehicle Location Devices (VLD's), will assist Immobiliser's customers in precisely locating and tracking their vehicles, pleasure craft and equipment.
    Texas-based Immobiliser anticipates initial demand of 150,000 Vehicle Location Devices in the first phase of the contract with PowerLOC. They'll buy the VLD's at a fixed price with an option to purchase larger quantities, also at a fixed price. Immobiliser provides systems and services to the owners of luxury vehicles, pleasure craft, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, heavy equipment, and fleets.
    Paradigm CEO Eduardo Guendelman said, "This contract is a major step forward in our strategy for becoming a world provider of GPS (Global Positioning System) products for asset tracking. Immobiliser is a recognized market leader in location-based security and will first apply our products to Harley-Davidson(R) motorcycles."
    John Banks, Chairman of Immobiliser, said, "We're thrilled with the PowerLOC agreement because we're now entering a new business. We can offer not only location tracking technology, but monthly subscriptions so that members can continuously track their assets through our system."
    The Immobiliser security system is the only one that is fully integrated with the Harley-Davidson(R) motorcycle harness (electrical) system. Banks adds, "Through PowerLOC's technology, we can now add geo-fencing to the services we offer Harley-Davidson(R) owners. When a vehicle leaves the designated area, the device notifies the owner anywhere in the world via cell, computer or pager."
    Immobiliser uses a direct sales force of 40,000 distributors in over 30 countries, with annual sales of about $40 million. They are now positioned to be a PowerLOC Location Service Provider in all the countries they serve.
    PowerLOC, will install a customized Tracker(TM) server to support the Immobiliser program early in or before the start of the third quarter 2001 and will commence delivery of Vehicle Location Devices in the third quarter 2001.
