HERI Hydrogen Fueled Car Dsign Finalized

    LAS VEGAS--June 11, 2001--After the satisfactory completion of preliminary road trials of the Hydro Environmental Resources Inc. (OTC BB: HYER) experimental hydrogen fueled car, an ECHFR (ElectroChem Hydrogen Fuel Reactor system) has been designed and built with necessary modifications for a public road test.
    The second stage modified vehicle system, which was installed into the vehicle, required minor design changes. Hydro Environmental Resources Inc. has finished the final design and is proceeding with the installation into the test vehicle. It is anticipated that this will take the technicians a few weeks to complete.
    When the vehicle is performing to the satisfaction of the company, independent press agents and observers will be invited to witness the road trials. Selected representatives of the motor vehicle industry will also be invited to demonstrate the use of low-pressure self-generating hydrogen vehicular systems.
    This type of system is an alternative to the industry thinking of pressurized hydrogen currently being used.
    However, the corporation feels that its best interests are to be served in alternative energy applications for small- to medium-size energy generating systems in the mid-term.
