First Commercial Installation Of SAFE-T-GARD in Detroit Announced

Detroit CBS TV Affiliate Scheduled to Be on Hand to Cover SAFE-T-GARD
                                 Installation

SAN DIEGO, Aug. 14 Majestic SAFE-T-PRODUCTS, Ltd., a
wholly-owned subsidiary of The Majestic Companies, Ltd.,
(OTC Bulletin Board: MJXC) is pleased to announce that SAFE-T-GARD's were
installed today on several school buses at Warren Consolidated Schools, a
school system located in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan. Having the
SAFE-T-GARD installed on these school buses gives additional exposure to this
new and innovative safety product which has been designed to reduce injuries
and fatalities in the loading area or "danger zone" of the school bus. Warren
Consolidated Schools has a fleet of approximately 90 school buses available to
be outfitted pending school board approval.

Ms. Charla Little, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Majestic
SAFE-T-PRODUCTS stated "it has been a pleasure working with the transportation
staff at Warren Consolidated. They were able to make a decision about
installing the SAFE-T-GARD immediately upon hearing about the product, and
remained patient throughout the State approval process. They have established
themselves as leaders in school bus safety by being the first school district
in the nation to step forward and take proactive measures to increase safety
on the outside of the school bus in the "danger zone." It is very rewarding
to see the first order of SAFE-T-GARD's complete the entire sales cycle and
know that our safety product is in a position to save lives. We are in
discussions with a number of school district's throughout the Nation, and we
expect continuing announcements as upcoming installations are completed."

The installation of the SAFE-T-GARD was also considered newsworthy by WKBD
Channel 50, a CBS TV affiliate in Detroit, Michigan. Local reporter Cynthia
Johnson wanted to make the public aware of this new safety device since many
schools are currently re-opening for the new school year. The story is
scheduled to run on the 5pm local news and includes an interview with Charla
Little, as well as a brief video clip of the SAFE-T-GARD in action.
