Aston Martin Jaguar Land Rover Canada reports best July in history for Land Rover
BRAMALEA, ON, Aug. 1 /CNW/ - Aston Martin Jaguar Land Rover Canada today reports sales for the month of July totaling 423 units sold, up 43 per cent compared with the same month last year. Land Rover achieved an all-time record July, totaling 153 vehicles sold, up 107 per cent compared with July of last year. The New Range Rover continues to lead the company sales in July by reporting a 400 per cent increase, compared with the same period last year. Jaguar sales for the month of July total 270 vehicles sold, up 22 per cent, making it Jaguar's best July in fifteen years."With the recent launch of the new Jaguar S-TYPE and S-TYPE R, we are looking forward to even higher Jaguar sales," said Bruce Rosen, vice president of sales for Aston Martin Jaguar Land Rover Canada. "Also, Land Rover recently launched the new Discovery, which we expect will see continued sales momentum."
The organization sold 2,853 vehicles year-to-date, up 75 per cent from the same period last year. Jaguar reports an increase in year-to-date sales of 49 per cent compared with the same period last year, totaling 1,661 units. Land Rover sold 1,192 vehicles year-to-date, up 134 per cent.
Aston Martin Jaguar Land Rover North America reported an 82 per cent increase in sales for the month of July, totaling 9,208 units sold.
