Toho Gas builds hydrogen fuel station in Aichi

October 5, 2002 NAGOYA — Toho Gas Co said Friday it has established a fuel station at its research laboratory in Aichi Prefecture to provide hydrogen to fuel cell-powered vehicles.

The facility, located at Toho's technology research center in Tokai, is aimed at responding to an expected increase in the number of fuel cell-powered vehicles in Japan, company officials said. (Kyodo News)
