American Suzuki unveils the future of its legendary DNA, and its next motorcycle/car collaboration, with the debut of the Suzuki Concept-S at the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS). Designed to demonstrate what's possible when world-class automotive and motorcycle engineers are given free reign to create, the racy red, rally-inspired vehicle fuses Suzuki's racing heredity with cutting-edge features and the excitement of a video game. Under the car's strong, stylishly chunky exterior is a plane-inspired dash, steering wheel with imbedded controls mimicking a video game joystick, and an Advanced Navigation System featuring intelligent key card and fingerprint identification systems. While the concept car offers a number of advancements that may find their way onto future Suzuki vehicles, there are currently no plans to introduce it as a production vehicle in the U.S. WHAT: American Suzuki unveils the future of its legendary DNA -- and its next motorcycle/car collaboration -- when it debuts a racy red, rally-inspired concept vehicle Jan. 5 at the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS).
