LOS ANGELES, March 13 -- One of the largest and longest one- way motorcycle guided tours will take place in March when 50 Harley-Davidson riders from the Netherlands will depart Orlando, Florida, on March 20 for a 14-day trip that culminates in Los Angeles, CA.

The inveterate riders on the two-week, 2,566 mile sojourn will depart Orlando on a variety of motorcycles rented from EagleRider, the world's largest renter of Harley-Davidson bikes. Seventy-five riders are making this trans-continent tour under the auspices of EagleRider European tour partner, KRAS SterVakanties, based in the Netherlands.

Chris McIntyre, EagleRider president, said, "This coast to coast tour sets a record for our company in terms of duration and distance. All of the riders, some of whom will visit the U.S. for the first time, will see what America is all about on their trip. They will visit cities such as New Orleans, Houston and Las Vegas and have the opportunity to savor a unique experience of open air travel."
