Delphi Announces Agreement With Wal-Mart to Offer SKYFi Satellite Audio Products

SKYFi Products Available at Wal-Mart Stores From Coast-to-Coast Later This Month

TROY, Mich., May 6 -- Delphi Product & Service Solutions, part of Delphi Corporation , announces Wal-Mart will sell the complete line of Delphi XM SKYFi(TM) products in 2,100 store locations across the country. Delphi, a pioneer of in-vehicle entertainment, XM Satellite Radio , America's leading satellite radio service and Wal-Mart, America's largest retailer, are teaming up to offer the Delphi XM SKYFi (TM) satellite radio receiver, an attractive, compact unit that provides the most advanced user features of any satellite radio on the market today.

The SKYFi receiver, an affordable next-generation XM radio retailing for just $129.99 (MSRP), offers the most advanced user features of any satellite radio on the market today: portability, a large display, direct channel entry, the ability to preview and channel search by artists and song titles, and 20 channel presets. The accompanying home and vehicle adaptor kits will be selling for $69.99 (MSRP). In addition, a kit that includes the receiver and the car adaptor is offered for $197.46 and is available exclusively in Wal-Mart's automotive department.

Also, available will be the SKYFi Audio System, a self-contained "boom box," containing a pair of high-quality speakers with an integrated high gain antenna and a port for the SKYFi receiver, retails for $99.95 (MSRP). It can be powered by an A/C adaptor to create a high quality countertop/ bookshelf system for the home or office, or used with six "D" batteries to experience XM Radio virtually anywhere.
