New BMW Z4 Introduced in Frankfurt

There were some news about BMW products at the forthcoming Frankfurt Motor Show. Here are further details about new engines available in the Z4 and the 3-series.

The Z4 2.2i The new entry-level model of the BMWS Z4 series will be introduced in Frankfurt. It is powered by a 6-cylinder engine with a capacity of 2,2 liter and has an output of 125 kW (170 bhp). The sports car accelerates in only 7.7 seconds from the conditions on 100 km/h, its maximum speed amounts to 225 km/h.

The 320Cd Dynamic elegance on the road, feeling at ease at the gas station - which seems incompatible, becomes a possibility with the 3-Series Coupé 320Cd: Its 2.0 litre four-cylinder engine is capable of 110 kW/150 HP for a thoroughly dynamic driving pleasure and is content at the same time with extremely modest 5.7 litres diesel fuel on 100 kilometers. Owing to the sportily co-ordinated chassis, the weight distribution of 50:50 which is ideal for the rear-wheel drive configuration the 320Cd is optimally prepared for twisted roads.
