Dana Corporation Chairman & Chief Executive Officer Joe Magliochetti Passes Away

TOLEDO, Ohio, Sept. 23 -- Dana Corporation announced this morning the sudden and unexpected passing Monday evening of its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Joseph M. Magliochetti. Mr. Magliochetti, 61, had been hospitalized since earlier in the month due to pancreatitis.
