Les Schwab Tire Centers Recognized as Top Tire Retailer for Fourth Year in a Row

Customer Satisfaction Award from J.D. Power and Associates

PRINEVILLE, Ore., Oct. 16 -- Les Schwab Tire Centers "ranks highest in tire retailer satisfaction" according to J.D. Power and Associates, which ranked the Prineville-based company as best in customer satisfaction among passenger vehicle and light truck tire dealers for a fourth consecutive year. The finding is part of the J.D. Power and Associates 2003 Replacement Tire Buyer Behavior and Satisfaction Study(SM).

According to J.D. Power and Associates, Les Schwab dominates in fulfilling and exceeding customer expectations in addition to maintaining a 44 index- point lead ahead of its competitors. Schwab's commitment to providing the highest level of customer care through personnel, service, product offering, and facility is what sets its service apart from other tire retailers.

The Replacement Tire Buyer Behavior and Satisfaction Study(SM) is independently funded by J.D. Power and Associates and is based on responses from more than 9,400 vehicle owners in the United States who have recently purchased replacement tires for their vehicle.
