KINGSPORT, Tenn.--Nov. 2, 20034, 2003--Bad Toys, Inc. (OTC BB:BTOI), a Nevada corporation engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling custom V-Twin motorcycles, today announced that it has entered into the Internet brokerage service business for classic automobiles, street rods, custom cars and custom motorcycles through its wholly owned subsidiary, Bad Boyz Toyzz, Inc., a Nevada corporation.

In July, 2003, the company formed Bad Boyz Toyzz, Inc. in connection with the company's purchase of certain assets from Chris Ledford, who operated as a sole proprietorship under the d/b/a Bad Boyz Toyzz and was engaged in the Internet vehicle brokerage business. At about the same time, Mr. Ledford became an employee of Bad Boyz Toyzz, Inc. and began Bad Boyz Toyzz, Inc.'s Internet vehicle brokerage business. Mr. Ledford, who has served as the web master for various vehicle oriented businesses, maintains the web sites for the company and Bad Boyz Toyzz, Inc. and is responsible for the development of the company's Internet advertising program.
