L.A. Auto Show Camper Cover Maker A.R.E Exhibiting

MASSILLON, Ohio, Jan. 2, 2004 -- The arrival of A.R.E. Inc. as an exhibitor at the L.A. Auto Show, (Booth #K840) marks the culmination of a long-term plan for the company to become a major camper shell and tonneau cover supplier in the Western United States. As part of its nationwide expansion, the company now can easily supply its many Southern California dealers with a wide range of covers for most any pickup, and is poised for even more growth in the coming year.

"We built our new manufacturing plant in Nevada, which opened in 2002, with the express purpose of expanding sales in the western half of the United States," said Todd Roberson, A.R.E.'s vice president, sales and marketing. "And in the year since Fernley opened, we've nearly reached our sales objectives. We decided to exhibit at the L.A. Auto Show this year to support our many Southern California dealers, and to introduce our products to truck enthusiasts."

The A.R.E. exhibit will include several trucks, chosen to give a representation of the variety of products the company offers, Roberson added.

"As our L.A. Auto Show special, consumers will receive special discounted retail prices for those ready to purchase product for a new or existing pickup. A.R.E. also will offer free Remote Keyless Entry on LSII Tonneau and Z-Series, or a free front window option on all shells, as well as 'fast ship' delivery for all products purchased at the show," Roberson said.
