TAMPA, Fla.--Feb. 2, 20044, 2004--Drinks, dining, comfortable lounge, pool and patio, friendly staff, personal attention. A luxury hotel, right? No, this is CrownClub, the world's first members-only sales and service center dedicated to pampering luxury RV owners. CrownClub opens Tuesday, March 2 with more than 3,400 members -- representing 49 states and more than $1.2 billion in luxury RVs.

Raising the bar on customer service is a trademark of Lazydays RV, the world's largest recreational vehicle dealer. With the mantra "Making Customers for Life", Lazydays introduces CrownClub to serve buyers of luxury RVs ($250,000 to more than $1 million) to an extent never seen before in the industry.

"Customers today expect an elevated level of service when they purchase an RV that costs over $250,000," states Don Wallace, CEO and founder of Lazydays. "Buying a luxury RV is not unlike buying a luxury yacht or vacation home. CrownClub is our way of exceeding their expectations with service in a private club that makes our customers feel special."

BOOMING MARKET. The market for RVs is growing at a rate of close to 15 percent each year with more and more baby boomers becoming RV owners. According to RVIA (Recreational Vehicle Industry Association), the national association representing 500 RV manufacturers and suppliers, estimates that RV sales in 2003 reached $12 billion. Lazydays RV had sales of $750 million in 2003.

"High-end motor homes have really skyrocketed in popularity over the past decade," confirms David J. Humphreys, president of the RVIA. "Sales of luxury RVs have surged, and there are no signs of this trend slowing. People enjoy the greater comfort, convenience and control RVs provide, especially in today's travel climate."

-- Exclusive member-only access to the Clubhouse and ServiceCenter
