The nation's top limousine services were honored as Operators of the Year at the Limousine & Chauffeured Transportation Show held at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, Las Vegas. Category winners included Concorde Limousine, Freehold, N.J. (Robert Bellagamba); Touch of Class Limousine, Fresno, Calif. (Deena Papagni); Two Step Limousine, Littleton, Colo. (Barbara and Walter Curtis); and the National Network Award to BostonCoach, Chelsea, Mass. (Russ Cooke). Award criteria included innovative services, customer service, staff training, safety records, and industry involvement. The awards are presented annually by industry magazine, Limousine & Chauffeured Transportation.
