ECD Ovonics to Display Unique Hydrogen-Powered Internal Combustion Vehicle at SAE 2004 World Congress

Energy Conversion Devices, Inc. (ECD Ovonics) will display a unique hydrogen-powered internal combustion vehicle at the SAE 2004 World Congress, the most comprehensive automotive engineering technical program, at Cobo Hall in Detroit, March 8-11, 2004.

The hydrogen-powered internal combustion vehicle is a logical and methodical transition from today's fossil-fueled vehicles to cars and trucks powered by fuel cells in the future. Featured on the vehicle is a revolutionary solid storage fuel system developed by Texaco Ovonic Hydrogen Systems, an ECD Ovonics joint venture.

The hydrogen-powered vehicle can be seen at the SAE World Congress at booth # 4023.
