Evader Opens Up Markets in Europe and North America

BELLEVUE, Wash.--June 7, 2004--Bellevue, Washington-based Evader, Inc. (www.evader.us.) (NASD.OTC: EVDR), the maker of electric high-performance vehicles powered by their leading-edge proprietary technology is pleased to announce that with the first seven models -- 100, 100S, GT, GTS, Classic, Metro and 150 -- now officially compliant with Department of Transport regulations for sale and operation in the United States, the company will commence shipping to North American customers within the next week.

This will coincide with official compliance with European Union regulations as established by TUV (www.tuv.com) one of the few agencies in the world with the certification credentials to test and approve motorscooters for use in the European Union.

"Evader electric vehicles have undergone rigorous testing and modifications and now the enormous market of both the United States and European Union are open to us," said Brent Nelson, Evader Managing Director. The incredible response to Evader products at trade shows in both Europe and North America has created enormous anticipation among both distributors and consumers awaiting this final certification approval. Now Evader can satisfy pent-up consumer demands.

Spanish Police Show up next

The Spanish Police Congress (CONJEPOL) this week (June 8-9) is the site of the new unveiling of Evader's 200S electric police bike. With versions designed for the Spanish, German and Turkish markets on display, Evader will be viewed by thousands of law enforcement representatives from throughout Europe.

"What better venue than the Police Congress in Madrid, Spain to introduce our new 200S police motorscooter," said Brent Nelson. "This is the perfect time to show off our advanced Evader electric motorscooter technology."

The Evader 200s, with a 1,500-watt motor, is capable of speeds of up to 55 MPH while lasting almost 100 miles on a single charge.
