No "Frontin'" From Powerhouse Ad Agency UniWorld Group As It Unleashes Its Hot New 2005 Ford Ad Campaigns

UniWorld Group, Ford Motor Company's African American Advertising Agency of Record Unveils Its 2005 TV and Print Ads for the All-New Five Hundred Sedan, Freestyle and Mustang Super-Car

NEW YORK, Oct. 14 -- UniWorld Group, Inc., the preeminent African American ad firm, today announced the unveiling of its new 2005 Ford Five Hundred, Ford Freestyle and Ford Mustang ad campaigns. The creative shop continues to churn out innovative and culturally resonant advertising across media platforms.

Aspiration and admiration are the themes behind "Frontin'" -- the African American television advert for the 2005 Ford Five Hundred. The protagonist, a confident African American male, is so impressed with the innovative sedan and its features that he can't resist pretending the parked Five Hundred is his. His energetic mood changes dramatically and humorously when the real owner shows up. The 30-second spot will begin airing October 18 on the NBC network, TNT, BET, TV-One, and The Heritage Network.

The Freestyle's amazing versatility resonates in "Multiple Personalities," which captures the diversity of African American lifestyles in one character. The lead is a man of diverse talents and personality who discovers that Freestyle's practical virtues fuel his flair for the dramatic in a highly comedic way. The Freestyle is the ultimate enabler that guides him every step of the way. The 30-second spot will begin airing October 18 on the NBC network, TNT, BET, TV-One, and UPN.

Old is new again with the reinvented 2005 Mustang super-car print ads. "Free your self and the rest will follow ... " is the tag line that invites Mustang enthusiasts to revisit this American icon. The ads conjure up feelings of trailblazing independence and endless possibilities intended to strike a chord with trendsetting urban consumers.

Additionally, the agency has produced complimentary Five Hundred and Freestyle print ads that will appear in African American consumer staples: Essence, Ebony, Jet, and Black Enterprise scheduled to launch in the month of November.
