Starcraft Awarded New Program; Also Announces Expansion of Current Program

GOSHEN, Ind.--Oct. 1, 20048, 2004--Starcraft Corporation today announced the award of one new program and the expansion of an existing program to produce upfit appearance packages for General Motors trucks.

A luxury Suburban package will be manufactured in the Company's Haslet, Texas facility beginning in July 2005. The package focuses on exterior enhancements, including special 20" wheels, ground effects, and luxury interior treatments. The program will last thru the 2006 model year and have estimated annual revenues of $35 million.

The Company also announced the expansion of a current program involving the popular Silverado S/S pick-up truck. The program, based out of the Company's Whitby, Ontario Canada facility, will be expanded to include lower priced versions featuring multiple configurations.

Jeff Beitzel, Starcraft Co-CEO stated, "The addition of a new product in our Texas facility and the incremental derivatives of the current product in our Whitby facility will enhance throughput and efficiencies at the existing facilities."
