R. L. Polk & Co. Names Cristina Foster Vice President, Ford Team

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Oct. 20, 2004 -- R. L. Polk & Co. today announced the appointment of Cristina Foster as vice president of Polk's Ford OEM team. In this role, Foster will be responsible for managing the development, production, sale and delivery of products and services for the Ford account within Polk's OEM organization.

"Cristina is an outstanding sales and marketing manager with a real passion for business consulting," said Mary Templeton, senior vice president of Polk's OEM group. "Her experiences in the world of technology as well as public relations make her an ideal fit for our team and an asset to our valued Ford customers."

Prior to her appointment, Foster was vice president of Hass MS&L's marketing and technology practice where she was responsible for designing an integrated Customer Reference Program for Sun Microsystems. The program included public relations, direct marketing, media training and advertising. Foster also held marketing and technology positions at Sun Microsystems, Clear!Blue and IBM.

Foster earned a bachelor's degree in international relations from Michigan State University.
