W.R. Case & Sons Rolls Across America with Custom Chopper by Orange County Choppers(TM)

BRADFORD, Pa., Aug. 18, 2005 -- The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Custom Chopper Tour convoy is rolling across America bringing the excitement of the newly minted Case Custom Chopper and trusted Case knives to a Case dealer near you. This first-ever Case tour proudly features the Case Chopper, a Case-themed motorcycle designed and crafted by Orange County Choppers(TM), and includes stops at over sixty events in 17 states.

Proving just how much a part of the American culture the classic Case pocketknife and the chopper have become, the rolling chrome and steel Case Custom Chopper is a testament to craftsmanship and the trusted American-made ideals echoed in all W.R. Case & Sons products. Some lucky pocketknife toting, and probable motorcycle enthusiast, is destined to park the custom chopper in their driveway in early 2006.

The Case Custom Chopper is a Rigid Spoke Rev-Tec model with a 130 horsepower V-twin engine. The Chopper features a custom, two-tone silver paint design with knife blade accents. A red Case logo appears on the gas tank and fenders, while the front fender includes a rendering of Case family patriarch, Job Case. The oil tank and air cleaner covers display Case XX and tang stamp markings, while the custom mirror brackets replicate opened Case knives.

As the Case Custom Chopper roars into Case retail locations and select regional events throughout the summer, the distinctive growl emanating from the chrome tailpipes will be attracting a wider range of consumers. "The Case Chopper generates the level of enthusiasm that we want associated with our brand," says Ed Jessup, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Case and OCC(TM) have built their partnership on a shared business philosophy: to manufacture high-quality, U.S.-made products with a blend of traditional handcrafting techniques and modern manufacturing technology.

Many of the Case Custom Chopper Tour stops will be held at Case retail locations. During each stop, consumers can have their photo taken with the Chopper, register to win the bike, and purchase Case Chopper-branded pocket knives, apparel, and fashion accessories available only at these events. The official Case Custom Chopper Tour knives are a series of Smooth Bone Trappers, available in Green, Natural, Orange, Mediterranean Blue and Black handles. Each features bold, laser-engraved flames and a diamond-shaped shield that bears a flaming Case logo design. Quantities are limited for each event.

Consumers who are unable to attend the exciting Chopper Tour Stop events can enter for a chance to win the Case Custom Chopper though the Company's website or by mail. Entries must be received between June 1st and December 31st, 2005. No purchase required for entry. The winner of the Case Custom Chopper will be announced in January 2006. Visit the Company's website, http://www.wrcase.com/ , for more information on the Chopper, tour stops, and OCC(TM) knife offerings, or call W.R. Case at 1-800-523-6350.

W.R. Case has produced pocketknives for Orange County Choppers(TM) under an exclusive licensing agreement since 2004. New 2005 OCC(TM) knives include the Natural Bone Trapper with OCC(TM) jigging and the Old Red Bone Stockman with an exclusive OCC(TM) shield. Both knives are packaged in unique OCC(TM) gift tins.
