Tokyo Motor Show ends with 1.51 million visitors
TOKYO November 7, 2005; Japan Today reported that the 39th Tokyo Motor Show ended its 17-day run Sunday with 1,512,100 visitors, slightly above the organizer's estimate of 1.5 million.
Some 240 automakers and component suppliers from 13 countries and one region presented their products at the Makuhari Messe convention center in Chiba Prefecture, showing fresh evidence that the industry has been increasingly striving to create vehicles that can travel without damaging the environment.
