Evader Initial Shipment En Route to Brazil

BELLEVUE, Wash.--Nov. 2, 20059, 2005--Bellevue, Washington-based Evader, Inc. (www.evader.us) (Pink Sheets:EVDR), the maker of electric high-performance vehicles powered by their leading-edge proprietary technology is pleased to announce that the initial shipment of scooters for the Garini Group of Brazil (www.garini.com.br) has left the plant in China and is bound for Manaus in central Brazil for assembly with the second shipment scheduled to depart this Friday.

A total of five containers with 80 units each have departed with an additional six more leaving late this week, representing a total of 880 units (part of the 2,255 unit order). The company expects these bikes to be available in Brazilian retail outlets before Christmas.

"We are very pleased that we have maintained the schedule we set out. These bikes represent a healthy boost in terms of revenues for Evader," said Julio Almeida, Vice President of the Latin American Division. "Although they are our gas units, they open the door for our electric models in Latin America. Our future here is very bright."

DOT compliant

Evader also announces that DOT certification for the EV1000 has been accepted and that the model is now officially compliant with Department of Transport regulations for sale and operation in the United States. "This enables us to begin preparations for the initial order placed by our American distributor, MotoMojo," continued Almeida.
