FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

FOUR NEW COURSES ADDED
TO THE MID-OHIO SCHOOL CURRICULUM

NEW HONDA AND ACURA FLEET ON TAP FOR 2006

DUBLIN, Ohio (December 16, 2005) - The Mid-Ohio School, the high-performance
driver instruction program operated by TrueSports, Inc., based at Mid-Ohio
Sports Car Course and sponsored by American Honda, will introduce four new
courses to its curriculum in 2006.

The four course additions will include Advanced Defensive Driving, Open Track
Testing & Tuning, Competition Licensing School, and NASA Coaching. They become
part of a complete, 14-course offering that already includes the popular Acura
High Performance Courses, Honda Teen and Adult Defensive Driving Programs, and
Corporate Driving Experience.

"We're always trying to improve our programs in order to challenge our students
and graduates to take their skills to the next level," said The Mid-Ohio School
Director Steve Bidlack. "This coming season will be no exception. Making these
additions to the curriculum is something we've been planning for a while, so
we're excited to be putting these new courses in motion."

The Advanced Defensive Driving course will take car control to the next level,
with advanced braking, skid car, shifting, handling, and cornering exercises.
Open Track Testing and Tuning will allow licensed racing competitors some track
time to fine-tune their racecars before Mid-Ohio events. Students in the
Competition Licensing School will work through simulated qualifying,
side-by-side lapping exercises, practice starts and on-track race situations.
Upon successful completion, the person will receive a competition license to run
in National Auto Sport Association (NASA) events. And the NASA Coaching program
will provide competitors the chance to take part in lead-follow lapping
sessions, "shotgun" rides and debriefing sessions with school instructors prior
to NASA Regional events at Mid-Ohio.

These classes will be offered in addition to an existing course list that
includes the Honda Teen and Adult Defensive Driving Programs, Acura High
Performance Course, Acura Advanced High Performance Course, Lapping Program,
Acura Two-day High Performance Program, Acura Three-day High Performance
Program, Corporate Driving Experience, Competition Course, and Coaching Program.

The Mid-Ohio School is coming off a record season in 2005. The school presented
a record number of class days and achieved the highest enrollment in its history
last season. It also surpassed its previous season record for Corporate Driving
Experience programs held.

This off-season, in addition to expanding its curriculum, sponsor American Honda
is replacing the school's fleet of 56 cars. Students will have the opportunity
to drive all-new 2006 Acura TSX sports sedans, Honda Civic EX Coupes, and Honda
S2000 roadsters for the coming season. Honda has been the official vehicle of
The Mid-Ohio School since 1994. The track is being improved as well, with a
complete resurfacing and the addition of a connector in the Keyhole turn to
provide new configurations and additional space for skill drills and exercises.

"It's going to be a real renaissance off-season for us, and that's thanks to the
support of dedicated partners like American Honda," Bidlack added. "We're
pleased with all the improvements we've been able to make to the curriculum and
the facility, and look forward to turning students loose again in the spring."
