Bikini-Clad California Girls Valet Acquires Valet Girls

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Jan. 3, 2006 -- California Girls Valet Parking, a subsidiary of West Coast Valet Parking, LLC announced today that it has acquired Malibu, CA based Valet Girls, an all female parking company founded in 1983. The combined companies will employ over 200 valet girls. Financial terms of this transaction were not released.

Clients can request a variety of uniforms, such as: lingerie, bikinis, Capri pants, camisoles and mini skirts. Valet Girls parks cars at parties for the rich and famous, including George Burns, Dennis Hopper, Frank Zappa and Senator Hillary Clinton. The company also provided parking services for Arnold Schwarzenegger's 40th birthday bash and Bob Hope's 90th birthday party.

"We expect 2006 sales figures to be in excess of $3 million, driven largely through the addition of boutique hotels, restaurants and event planners to our client list," said Nancy Saltzman, President & COO of Beverly Hills based California Girls Valet Parking. Most valet girls are models, actresses and dancers. On a recent casting call, the company reported screening 260 applicants. Only 6 girls were hired.

Valet Girls will begin an aggressive expansion with the opening of 5 offices in 2006 in San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Las Vegas, Phoenix and San Diego. "I believe there's a niche market for our company in almost every major city. Given the option of hiring acne-riddled teenage boys in red vests or beautiful and sexy models and actresses trained in safety and hospitality, we're betting our success that restaurants, boutique hotels, clubs and private parties will prefer the latter. It's our goal to be operating in 40 cities by 2010 with annual revenues of $14 million," said Saltzman.
