Volkswagen Reports January 2006 Sales UP 28%

AUBURN HILLS,
Mich. – Volkswagen of America, Inc. reported January 2006 sales of
16,237, an increase of 28 percent as compared to the same period in 2005
when sales were 12,683.
Also of note, the
redesigned New Beetle continues its strong showing with sales up 13.3
percent.
