AAA Michigan to Broadcast Super Bowl Travel Advisories

DEARBORN, Mich., Feb. 2, 2006 -- Traffic conditions in downtown Detroit will likely be congested during Super Bowl XL and other related events, including the Motown Winter Blast and the NFL Experience, AAA Michigan reported today (February 2).

Super Bowl XL fans who want to avoid gridlock on their way to the gridiron may want to check out AAA Michigan's enhanced traffic reports, available online and by calling 1-800-AAA-MICH (222-6424).

The AAA Traffic broadcast team will be putting in extra hours to provide information on traffic congestion, road closures, restricted areas, shuttle services, border crossing delays and parking during Super Bowl week, including Saturday, February 4 from noon to 8 p.m. and Sunday, February 5 from 8 a.m. to midnight.
