BENTLEY MOTORS LIMITED TO ENTER KOREA

Singapore, 15th June 2006.... Luxury British car manufacturer Bentley Motors Limited is delighted to announce that it will enter the Korean market with Charmzone Co., Ltd being appointed as the company's official representative.

With increasing global awareness of the Bentley brand, expansion into Korea is the logical next step for Bentley which is proactively continuing to establish it's presence in the Asia Pacific region. A new National Sales Company, Bentley Motors Korea, has been established to oversee and manage all strategic activities and support the dealer partner to maximise the market opportunity.

Bentley Motors Korea will report into the company's regional head office based in Singapore, which is responsible for 14 dealers in seven countries across South East Asia and Australasia.

"Korea represents an exciting opportunity and we are delighted to be in a position to offer our unique cars to this rapidly developing luxury market through an established and proactive business partner", says Julian Jenkins, Bentley Motors' Regional Director.

Charmzone Co., Ltd, operating as Bentley Seoul, has been appointed as the representative for Korea and will jointly develop the required infra-structure and new dealership facility to support the sales and service of Bentley vehicles in the country. Charmzone plans to locate the new Bentley Seoul dealership in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu and will offer dedicated sales and service facilities from the fourth quarter of 2006 as well as an aftersales environment catering for new and existing Bentley owners.

"We are extremely pleased that Bentley has appointed Charmzone Co., Ltd as the official Korean dealer representative. Charmzone has a proven track record with key automotive brands and will put this experience to good use with Bentley in Korea", says Kim Han-zun, President of Bentley Seoul. "The imported automobile market in Korea has proved its potential following continuous growth over the past few years and we are looking forward to preparing for Bentley's market entry'

Since the brand's purchase by the Volkswagen Group in 1998 Bentley has undergone a major transformation, which has once again put the legendary British brand at the forefront of the luxury car market. Over .500million has been invested to rebuild and re-equip Bentley's Crewe factory and develop new models.

In 2003 Bentley launched the all-new Continental GT designed, engineered and built at Crewe. The Continental GT was a milestone and the first all new and unique Bentley design in 70 years. The Continental Flying Spur followed two years later, in 2005. The fastest four-door in the company's history, and the fastest in the world, with a top speed of 195mph. It marries the excitement, power, refinement and craftsmanship of the Continental GT with enhanced luxury and space to provide a supreme combination of performance style and comfort. Together these vehicles have increased sales from around 1,000 cars a year to over 8,500 cars in 2005.

In September 2005, Bentley announced the introduction of the Continental GTC, a new luxury 2+2 convertible that completes the Continental model range. The Continental GTC goes on sale in the region at the beginning of 2007.

Further information regarding the Bentley model range, exact timing to market, prices and availability will be announced in due course.
