SANTA MONICA, CA - December 8, 2006: The largest collection of advanced-technology displays and a wide-range of seminars will highlight the world's most comprehensive Alternative Car and Transportation Expo this weekend. Car manufacturers, alternative and green fuel advocates, and public transportation, air quality and energy agencies will meet in one place to showcase and discuss with the public new technologies, viable sustainable fuel alternatives, health solutions, urban planning and renewable energy.

Central to the Expo's purpose is to show consumers how they can save money and earn tax credits by going green. Attendees can try-out many of the alternative fuel vehicles on display, some of which will be available for immediate purchase, including new electric, hydrogen, natural gas, high MPG, biodiesel and ethanol cars never seen before. The Expo will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on December 9 & 10 at Barker Hangar at Santa Monica Air Center, 3021 Airport Avenue, Santa Monica. Admission is free. To learn more visit www.altcarexpo.com.
