EnTire Solutions, LLC to Discuss Technology at 2007 North American International Auto Show

  WHO:       EnTire Solutions, LLC -- a joint venture between Michelin and
             TRW Automotive -- that develops, markets and sells direct,
             driver-oriented tire pressure monitoring systems and related
             tools and services to vehicle manufacturers

  WHAT:      EnTire Solutions, LLC will be represented at the Michigan
             Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) pavilion at the 2007
             North American International Auto Show, as one of 12 local
             companies whose cutting edge efforts are represented in the
             world's most innovative vehicles.

             The company can provide details on its recent contracts,
             programs and future concepts, as well as developments in tire
             pressure monitoring systems ... which can enhance driving
             safety and help to boost fuel economy and extend tire life.

  WHEN:      An executive will be available for interview during select
             times on Sunday, Jan. 7 through Wednesday, Jan. 10
