3RD ANNUAL STEVIE AWARDS FOR WOMEN IN BUSINESS

Buffalo, New York - Jan 25, 2007 Lauren Fix, The Car Coach® was named a Finalist in the Marketing Campaign of the Year in The 3rd annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business.

Lauren Fix is a finalist as a result of her efforts concerning “Victims of Flood Damaged Cars” which has been a public awareness campaign. Her results have lead her to being nominated and a finalist in the Marketing Campaign of the Year award.

The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honor women executives, entrepreneurs, and the companies they run – worldwide. The Stevie Awards have been hailed as “the business world’s own Oscars.” (New York Post, April 27, 2005).

Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word “crowned,” winners will be announced during a gala event in New York in March. Nominated women executives and entrepreneurs from the U.S. and several other countries are expected to attend.

This recognigiton parallels Lauren’s other accomplishments as the winner of the Automotive Communications Award For Best Public Relations Efforts for 2005 and 2006.

Finalists were chosen by business professionals worldwide during preliminary judging. Members of the Awards' Board of Distinguished Judges & Advisors and their staffs select Stevie Award winners from among the Finalists during final judging.

Automotive expert and Carma Coach, Lauren Fix, hits the road year round with a message for all drivers, not just from a maintenance perspective but also from an educational effort to motivate drivers to get where they want to be.

Lauren Fix is well known for knowledge of automotive technology, plus her down-to-earth appeal to the average driver. In addition, Lauren Fix is a motivational speaker that helps people travel down the right road in their cars and their lives.

The elegant Stevie trophy was designed by R. S. Owens, the same company that makes the Oscar and the Emmy.
