SAN DIEGO - October 1, 2007: Following on the heels of a major restructuring of the company's operations, design and manufacturing processes, Vento Motorcycles, U.S.A., a manufacturer of distinctive motorcycles, scooters, ATVs and off-road bikes for motorcyclists and power sports enthusiasts around the world, is poised for substantial growth of the Vento product line and the company's worldwide dealer base.

In an effort to establish and maintain a reputation as an industry leader in delivering high-quality, reliable scooters and entry-level cruisers to North America and the world market, Vento invested heavily in 2006 and early 2007 to restructure the organization to increase efficiencies and improve customer service, and bring the design, manufacturing and assembly of its products under Ventos control to manage every aspect of product development.

"The quality of our products and the renewed level of excitement surrounding our product lines have created some interesting feedback from our customer base," explained Isaac Calderon, President of Vento Motorcycles, U.S.A. "The Colt, our entry-level cruiser, has been an incredible success and we're receiving great reviews regarding the build-quality, design and value of the bike. We're finding that as the Colt becomes more prevalent in the market, along with the praise from customers, we're realizing a demand for Vento to produce products with larger engines for more experienced riders. We already have a couple of large V-Twin engine designs on the drawing board and, if it makes sense for us to add some larger cruisers to our cruiser family, customers could see those enter the market within the next couple of model years. Our vision is to ultimately offer a broad range of products that will enable riders of every level to enjoy the Vento experience."

However, Vento realizes that delivering stylish, quality products that consumers want is only half of the battle. A large, motivated dealer network is critical to capturing market share.

Earlier this year we greatly improved the level of support that we provide to our dealer partners here in the U.S., stated Calderon. In addition to the establishment of a customer support team, the creation of a field engineer program for dealer training and support, and the creation of an in-house sales team, weve made the Vento products among the easiest and most profitable products for dealers to sell. With all of these new programs in place, weve already seen eight percent growth in our dealer network to date this year and we seek to grow that network 60 percent by the end of 2008 with dealers representing Vento products in the majority of the major metropolitan areas across the United States.
