  • RIVERSIDE, Calif., Nov. 27, 2007 -- Fleetwood Enterprises' RV Group, a leading producer of recreational vehicles, today announced that several new travel trailer models were introduced during a product launch event at RVIA's 45th Annual National RV Trade Show in Louisville, Ky. on November 27, 2007. These new model introductions come just three months after the Group's National Dealer Meeting in Las Vegas, Nev. this summer.

Key new 2008 travel trailer model introductions include:
-- The Prowler 2702BS half-ton towable model with all-new aerodynamic
exterior styling, comfortable oversized wrap around dinette and
revamped galley. Available features on this model include extra tall
exterior storage compartment doors, 27" LCD with DVD player, heated
and enclosed underbelly and aluminum wheels.
-- The Wilderness 260BHS half-ton towable model with front queen bed,
center galley, sofa bed slide-out and rear bunk/double bed combo.
Available features on this model include a second entry door and
          garage door storage compartment.
-- The GearBox 395SA3G fifth wheel toy hauler model with dual entry
master bath, L-shaped galley, queen-size loft bed over garage, and 11'
garage. Available features on this model include 36" LCD TV, Rock the
Box! II entertainment system, FUEL outdoor amphitheatre, stainless
steel appliances, wine cooler, and custom chrome wheels.

"In the increasingly competitive towable marketplace, it is important for us to continue to listen to our dealers and introduce new travel trailer floor plans on a regular basis," said Paul Eskritt, President of Fleetwood's RV Group. "The new 2008 travel trailer models introduced in Louisville are good examples of how far this division has come in the past six months. We continue to aggressively develop product to meet the needs of the current market."

Other 2008 travel trailer highlights include:
-- The 7-foot wide Orbit and Pegasus Ultralite travel trailers featuring
full function baths, all new interior decor selections, available
upgrade exterior graphics, and lighter weight for increased towing
          capacity.
-- The brand-new Formula fifth wheel toy hauler featuring 11' and 12'
garage floor plans and all-new entertainment options like the FUEL
          outdoor amphitheatre.

Earlier in 2007, Fleetwood completely revamped its entire travel trailer line -- developing new floor plans, introducing new interior decor selections, and reducing weight to address the increased popularity of half-ton tow vehicles -- in order to meet the needs of the heart of the towable marketplace.
