Creative Productions Honored With W3 Award for Outstanding Website Design for Toyota Truck Nation Microsite

International Academy of the Visual Arts Recognizes Community Designed for Toyota Truck Owners and Enthusiasts

LONG BEACH, Calif., April 21 -- Creative Productions, an integrated marketing and promotions agency, announced that it won a W3 Award from the International Academy of the Visual Arts for creative excellence on the Web for the interactive microsite developed for Toyota truck owners and enthusiasts. The W3 Awards honor outstanding Websites, Web Marketing, and Web Video created by some of the best interactive agencies, designers, and creators worldwide.

The Toyota Truck Nation microsite was designed in conjunction with the 2007 launch of the Toyota Tundra to build a "community" among Toyota truck owners through a unique enthusiast website to help further demonstrate the brand's commitment in the highly competitive truck category. Featuring user-generated content, the community shares compelling stories and photos of their Toyota trucks and the roads most traveled in its popular "High-Miler" section. For example, designated High-Milers with 200,000+ miles receive special recognition through stickers, license plate frames and t-shirts based on content provided. Also, visitors can find owner perks and relevant links to truck-related interests and offerings from Toyota, including access to Toyota's extensive database of truck accessories, scheduled maintenance guides and promotions.
