Kia BorregoExperience Helps Introduce All-New Midsize Luxury SUV

National 'Hands-On' Campaign Includes VIP Consumer Drives, Traveling Exhibition to America's Top Cities and Chance To Win One of Five New Vehicles

IRVINE, Calif., Sept 16, 2008 - Kia Motors America (KMA) is bringing to the American market its first midsize luxury SUV, the Kia Borrego, and to help bolster the vehicle's introduction, Kia has developed a robust national interactive promotional tour designed to allow drivers across the country to experience the new Borrego firsthand.

Titled the "BorregoExperience," the traveling campaign is offering extended Borrego VIP Test Drives beginning September 16th, 2008, to approximately 600 individuals and their families in Los Angeles, Dallas and Phoenix. Kia Motors will deliver to selected homes an all-new Borrego SUV. Drivers will have full use of the vehicle to experience for themselves the luxurious attributes the Borrego delivers at an exceptional value. This personalized outreach allows Kia Motors to monitor and analyze consumer feedback for continuous improvement while introducing their latest high- quality vehicle to some Americans unfamiliar with the Kia brand.

As part of the BorregoExperience, Kia Motors also launched a nationwide sweepstakes giving eligible licensed drivers 18 years of age and older an opportunity to enter to win one of five new Kia Borregos to be awarded monthly through the end of the year. Consumers can enter to win at any of the BorregoExperience tour stops, or online at BorregoExperience.com/win.

The BorregoExperience also includes a national exhibition that has been touring great American cities since May 2008. At the BorregoExperience exhibit, visitors can test drive a new Borrego and receive a free $20 gift card. The exhibit features several interactive "Luxury for Less" activities, including a "Cool Zone" to beat the heat; the Gourmet for Less cafe with cooking demonstrations prepared by nationally acclaimed chefs; and personalized "Living Rich" postcards where visitors can have their photos taken against exotic backgrounds of their choice.

The next tour stop for the BorregoExperience traveling exhibit is in Cleveland, Ohio at the Johnny Appleseed Festival (Sept. 20 - 21).
