New York, NY April 9, 2009: EV Innovations (EVII) today unleashed two new 100% electric-powered cars at the New York International Auto Show. Consumers looking to free themselves from the pump by "plugging in" at home can opt for EV's newest commuter car, The WAVE, or next generation sports car, the Inizio EVS.

Making its official debut today, The WAVE was created for environmentally conscience commuters who crave a stimulating drive at an affordable price. Starting at a only $34,900, this slick new car features consumer convenience voice activated technology, dashboard USB plug-in system and video rearview and side view mirrors. The WAVE reaches up to 80 mph and has an expanded drive range of up to 170 miles on a single charge.

"Consumers can wave goodbye to wasteful driving habits," says Mike Cerven, EVII Sales Director. "We created The WAVE because Americans deserve a reliable Plug In car at a price they can afford."

The Inizio EVS, EV's stunning new American made 100% battery-powered sports car, can reach up to 170 mph and go from 0-60 in 4 seconds. The screaming-fast dream ride starts at $139,000 and has an expanded drive range of up to 200 miles.
