Top-20 Selling Vehicles in U.S. Through April 2010 Scorecard
May 3, 2010; Reuters compiled a list of the 20 top-selling vehicles in the United States through April of 2010 as reported by the automakers.
Total sales of the top 20 vehicles rose 22.8 percent or 257,500 units to 1,386,404.
