May 3, 2010; Reuters compiled a list of the 20 top-selling vehicles in the United States through April of 2010 as reported by the automakers.

Total sales of the top 20 vehicles rose 22.8 percent or 257,500 units to 1,386,404.

Following is a list of the top-20 selling vehicles, ranked by total units.
