Volvo Car Australia Roadshow Moves into Queensland

SYDNEY – May 25, 2010: Residents across Queensland, from as Cairns to Southport will get to experience more to life when the Volvo Car Australia Roadshow hits town from June through to August.

Equipped with options such as Bluetooth connectivity, sat-nav and rear parking sensors, heated front seats, rain-sensing wipers, top-of-the-range sound systems with iPOD connectivity and Volvo’s BLIS (Blindspot Information System), the Roadshow will give the public a chance to test the entire Volvo range.

The new face-lifted five-cylinder turbocharged sports models, C30 R-Design coupe and C70 coupe-convertible will form pride of place. The C30 pricing starts from $34,950 for the 2.4i S and the C70 2.4i S pricing starts from $59,950. They will sit alongside Volvo’s best selling XC90, at $73,450 for the 3.2 R-Design. Also within the cross over range is the XC60 T6. The XC60 range pricing starts from $56,950 for the 3.2 variant. Also featured is the XC70 D5. The XC70 range starts from $59,950 for the six cylinder 3.2 petrol variant.

Volvo’s S80 luxury sedan is also part of the road show and its pricing starts from $79,950 for the D5 AWD. The stunning S40 compact sedan is on show and the pricing for the 2.4i S variant starts at $39,950. The V50 station wagon counterpart will complete the stylish and innovative fleet range. The V50 pricing starts at $42,950 for the 2.4i S.
