Robin Hood Rally Arrives In Tuxedo NY June 25 & 26. Second Installment Of Televised Amateur Race Series On Closed Roads To Benefit Local Community

Tuxedo NY, June 18, 2010: Take 55 cars, 54 men and one woman, add six miles of asphalt, $500,000 worth of prizes at stake, throw them together for two days of challenging racing in the historic Hudson Valley and what do you get? The Robin Hood Rally, www.robinhoodrally.com, a televised series of 10 amateur road races on closed public roads across the US.

WHAT: The Robin Hood Rally comes to the metro NYC area on June 25th and 26th with two days of racing in scenic Tuxedo, New York. The band of 55 merry men and women will spend two days racing Porsches, Ferraris, Corvettes, Lotuses, STIs and other exotics and two nights enjoying the local flavor of Tuxedo. The race will be taped for a 10 part reality show that will premiere on the VERSUS channel on October 2nd at 1pm ET.

Robin Hood Rally Creator and Executive Producer Stephan Condodemetraky and local NYC area drivers are available for interviews and guided tours in a Ferrari throughout the day.

WHO: 55 drivers compete for prizes in excess of $500,000 including a Ferrari F430, a Porsche 911, a Corvette Z51 convertible and a set of steak knives (because no one wants to come in fourth place).

WHEN: Friday, June 25th and Saturday, June 26th. The fun kicks off with a Parade Lap at 8:00AM. Hot Laps for Media will be available on both days until 5:00PM.
