Dragons Stars Far From Invisible During Kumho Tyres Appearance At Australian Motor Show

SYDNEY – October 22, 2010: Already one of the highlights of this year's Australian International Motor Show the Kumho Tyres stand will be an even bigger drawcard this Saturday when members of the NRL Premiers, the St George Illawarra Dragons will be making an appearance on the stand.

Premiership winning Dragons centre Matt Cooper and forward Trent Merrin will be appearing at the Kumho Tyres stand at the Australian International Motor Show at Sydney's Darling Harbour Exhibition Centre.

The Players will be on the Kumho stand from 2pm to 4pm signing autographs, posing for photos and taking part in a 'pass the ball' competition.

Kumho Tyre Australia is an icon sponsor of the most successful Rugby League club in history, the St George Illawarra Dragons, and has been a strong supporter of the club in its quest this year to capture its first Premiership victory in 31 years.

According to Kumho Tyre's marketing services manager, Joon Kim, the car on the Kumho stand may be invisible but the two Dragons stars will be larger than life and a big additional drawcard at the Motor Show this Saturday.

"Matt is one of the real stars of the Dragons with his speed and pizzazz on the field while Trent has a big future in the game and we welcome both of them to our stand," said Joon.
