Change of Chief Executive Officer in Leo Motors

LAS VEGAS - March 14, 2011: Dr. Shi Chul "Robert" Kang resigned as CEO & Chairman of Leo Motors, Inc. (Pink OTC Markets: LEOM). The board of directors appointed Mr. Jung Yong Lee, one of the remaining directors and Chief Technical Officer, as Chairman and CEO.

Mr. Lee is a founder and former CEO of Leo Motors. He registered more than 56 patents of Electric Vehicle technology including EV power train, Zinc Air Fuel Cell Generator, and Battery Management System. Dr. Kang left the company, but will support Leo Motors as an outside advisor until this transition is smoothed.
