LOS ANGELES--Oct. 14, 2013: Autoproyecto, one of the nation's most prominent Spanish-language automotive websites, today announced the launch of Drivingfans.com that will expand its portfolio of quality automotive content. Autoproyecto.com currently averages 5.5 million page views, and the new site is expected to expand this reach by another 5 million within the next year.

DrivingFans.com is a new automotive website covering all aspects of the automotive industry and culture. The site features new-car reviews and industry news, features on technology, motorsports, auto accessories and automotive event coverage, as well as a vast archive of road tests featuring hundreds of cars going back to 2001. A unique "Motor City News" section focuses on the latest coming out of Detroit, and the "Spoiler Alert" biweekly feature gives readers a hint of what's coming and why by deciphering the most significant automotive spy photos from around the web.

"As the country's largest bilingual automotive content provider, it was only natural that we would launch our own site," said Alfaro.

Christopher Jackson, senior editor of DrivingFans.com, says, "There are two kinds of automotive websites: hard-core enthusiast sites written by engineers and full of indecipherable technical jargon, and dry consumer sites that can make even the most entertaining car seem dull. Driving Fans aims for a happy middle ground between the two."

"Whether you're looking for a personal 'car guy' or for someone to swap opinions about the latest round of upgrades to the Porsche 911, Driving Fans is here," Jackson adds. "We're the guys who want to drive everything, and to see every great road."
