MONTE CARLO -- June 10, 2015: The 2015 edition of the Financial Times Business of Luxury Summit, of which Maserati is a Platinum Sponsor and the exclusive automotive partner, began in Monte Carlo on the 8th June, with formal proceedings opening yesterday.

As the event’s official fleet, Maserati has provided 5 Quattroporte cars to supply VIP guests with a courtesy car service to the event’s various locations within the Principality, starting from the Yacht Club de Monaco, of which Maserati is already official automotive partner and where a GranCabrio is on static display.

The FT Business of Luxury Summit 2015 is an event well suited to the brand’s status, ideal for revealing Maserati’s exclusive character to the top-ranking representatives of illustrious companies operating on a global scale.

Maserati is currently a fast-growing international business, present in more than 60 markets and an ambassador of the excellence for which Italy is famed the world over, with a unique, exclusive automotive product.

The Maserati Quattroporte, a luxury limousine, combines one of the most spacious interiors in its class and exceptional comfort with elegant style and a sporty character. The Quattroporte is available in a rear-wheel drive Diesel version with 275 hp 3 litre engine and with a 410 hp V6 Twin Turbo petrol engine, both available with rear-wheel drive. Top of the Quattroporte range is the GTS, equipped with the powerful 3.8 litre, 530 hp V8 Twin Turbo petrol engine.

Also featured at the event is the Maserati Ghibli, on display at the Sporting Monte-Carlo, where the summit is taking place. The Ghibli is the first model in Maserati’s history to compete in the executive Premium E segment. It is available both with a 3 litre V6 Turbo Diesel engine of 275 hp, and with 3 litre V6 Twin Turbo petrol engine of 330 and 410 hp in rear-wheel drive. Maserati’s presence is completed by the GranCabrio, on show at the Yacht Club, which offers all the distinctive luxury of Maserati GT cars and is designed to accommodate four passengers for elegant, comfortable, high-speed motoring, with the added thrill of en plein air driving.
