With a multitude of floorplan offerings, the lounge can be designed to accommodate cozy swivel chairs with a useful pull-out table, a couch, or a dinette that works great for family dining. The Sundancer features all the amenities of home, including a complete galley, bathroom and living room with plenty of storage in beautiful cabinets with hand-rubbed maple doors. The new 31WS model also features a convenient pull-out pantry with adjustable shelves. Laminated risers under the Sundancer provide full basement storage with true pass-through storage capabilities for bulky and hard-to-store items. Fully hinged insulated doors make the compartments water-tight and close with an easy-to-use single handle latch. The water and sewer service center is heated, as well as the holding tank compartments for cold-weather camping. The Sundancer's one-piece fiberglass roof adds structural integrity and doesn't expand and contract, or tear like rubber membranes. The roof is backed by a 10-year parts and labor warranty. The Sundancer also utilizes Winnebago Industries' patented Thermo-Panel sidewall construction techniques, mating a smooth, one-piece fiberglass outer skin to a rigid luan backing, then with block foam insulation that is routed with computer numerically controlled routers to exact calculations to embed the full welded aluminum framework. Steel plates are also sandwiched in the wall to provide a solid mount for cabinetry and appliance tie-downs. This design is one of the most durable, rigid sidewall constructions in the industry and is covered by a 10-year warranty. In addition to the standard 12 month/15,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty, there is a limited warranty on lamination for 3 years/36,000 miles. Every new owner of a 1998 Sundancer automatically receives a free one-year membership in the Preferred Care Program which provides 24-hour customer assistance and emergency road service throughout the United States and Canada. Winnebago Industries also provides toll-free assistance for both owners and dealers to obtain technical service information. Winnebago Industries has set the industry standard for quality assurance.
