Demand Requires CarCop Organization Expansion; Mobile Security Communications Opens New Advanced Technology Center

    ATLANTA, Aug. 25 -- Mobile Security Communications (MSC)
today announced the opening of its new Advanced Technology Center in Roswell,
Ga.  MSC, together with its partner ADT Security Services, Inc., is the
leading provider of in-vehicle security and information services for consumers
and commercial fleets.
    According to Rusty Gordon, President of MSC, "The growth of MSC's services
offering, and the dedicated technologists required to support our customer's
needs, required the dedication of a new Advanced Technology Center.  As of
today, the center houses over 50 technical professionals focused on both
advanced client server software and in-vehicle software and hardware
development.  As we continue to rapidly grow both our automotive and
commercial fleet businesses, we anticipate further growth in the Advanced
Technology Center."

    MSC's services marry cellular technology, the U.S. Government's Global
Positioning Satellites ("GPS") and 24-hour monitoring from ADT to offer
drivers the maximum protection against car crime.  Additionally, MSC provides
consumers and fleet managers with a variety of in-vehicle information
capabilities that provide convenience and remote communications services.
