ECCO Capital Unit Expands Operations

        Metro Fleet Sales & Leasing, Inc. Adds New Four Acre Facility

    MINNEAPOLIS, June 2 -- ECCO Capital Corporation
(OTC Bulletin Board: ECCP) announced today that its operating subsidiary,
Metro Fleet Sales and Leasing, Inc. has expanded its operations by opening a
new four acre site for the leasing, sale and repair of used vehicles.  The
site, located in Loretto, Minn., has lot space for 200 vehicles and a six bay
service center.
    Cullen Grandlund, Chief Executive Officer of ECCO Capital, commented, "The
opening of this feeder and staging site will allow us to begin a strategic
expansion throughout the Twin Cities metropolitan area.  We expect to open
additional leasing, sales and rental offices over the next three to six
months."
    ECCO Capital Corporation was formed in 1997 when Metro Fleet Sales and
Leasing, Inc. of St. Louis Park, Minn. merged into a dormant public shell.
Metro Fleet Sales and Leasing has been engaged since 1993 in the business of
offering and operating a unique leasing program featuring reliable used cars
which are leased at attractive low monthly rates.
