AutoWeek Publishes 40th Anniversary IssueDETROIT, July 10 -- With its July 13, 1998 edition, AutoWeek magazine marks the largest single issue ever published in its 40-year history. With it also celebrates AutoWeek's 40th anniversary. "Captured in this single issue of AutoWeek is a look back," said AutoWeek Vice President and Publisher Leon Mandel. "Not at the last 40 years of a magazine, but of the last 40 years of the most significant car-related things -- people, places, events, technology, design and much, much more." Also significant is that this issue marks the redesign of the nation's only weekly enthusiast car magazine.
