Federal-Mogul World Headquarters Site of Fall Bike Rodeo For the Cub Scouts of the North Trails District of the Boy Scouts of America
    SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Sept. 24 -- Federal-Mogul Corporation
is the host site for the first Cub Scouts of the North Trail
District of the Boy Scouts of America Fall Bike Rodeo.
    On Saturday, September 26, 1998, over 200 Cub Scouts from the Southfield,
Beverly Hills, Bloomfield Hills, Berkley, Lathrup Village, Birmingham and Oak
Park areas and their bikes will converge at the corner of Lahser Road and
Northwestern Highway to participate in a variety of bicycle-related events.
    These Cub Scouts will have the opportunity to learn bike safety from the
Southfield bike patrol officers, challenge a bicycle obstacle course, practice
accurate target throwing of newspapers from their bikes, and attend bike
repair and safety inspection seminars.  The activities will run from noon
until 3 p.m.
