Auto Recyclers Represented at International Trade Show in Germany

    DENVER, Oct. 1 -- A group of over 360 auto recyclers from
North America was represented at Automechanika in Frankfurt, Germany,
September 15 - 20, 1998 for the purpose of researching the export of used auto
parts and sourcing imports for their large distribution network in North
America.  United Recyclers Group, LLC (URG) is owned and operated by over
360 auto recyclers throughout North America representing sales of over
$500 million (USD) annually.
    Automechanika is renowned as the world's largest automobile parts and
accessories trade show in the world with over 151,000 attendees.  URG was
represented at Automechanika by their trade specialists, Armando Kellum and
Sharon Kellum both graduates of Thunderbird - The American Graduate School of
International Management.
    URG sells high quality OEM recycled auto parts for all makes and models of
European, Japanese, and American automobiles and trucks.  Because the parts
are recycled they are low cost and environmentally friendly.  URG has large
surplus inventories of late model engines and transmissions and older model
auto body parts.  URG also has an import/export specialist on staff to
facilitate trade.
    At Automechanika United Recyclers Group, LLC held impromptu meetings with
over 200 companies and individuals that have interest in URG and their
Partners' products.  While at Automechanika, URG staff also met with possible
suppliers of new products that URG Partners have expressed interest in having
added to the product line for their distribution network throughout North
America.
    The positive response received at the trade show clearly indicates that it
was an overwhelming success for URG and its Partners.  "We met with several
large and small participants in the auto parts industry.  Almost all expressed
a genuine interest in buying parts from the URG Partners," says Sharon Kellum,
who is the Manager of International Trade for United Recyclers Group.
